ONE PIECE Card Game official shops and how their lottery works
The ONE PIECE Card Game official shops are run by Bandai Namco Amusement. There are 20 across Japan, from Sapporo to Okinawa. They sell ONE PIECE Card Game products and hold events and teaching sessions for beginners.
Booster packs are sold by lottery only
At the official shops, every booster pack is sold through a pre-registered lottery, and only winners can buy. When you buy:
- Staff check your ID, your purchase ticket screen and the membership details you applied with. If they do not match, the sale is refused even if you won.
- From November 21, 2026, the only accepted ID is a My Number card or a passport.
- The shops use face recognition to limit each person to one transaction per day.
- Booster boxes are sold with the shrink wrap cut at the register.
- Other products may also be sold by lottery. The shops announce which items are covered on their website and their X account.
The shops do not answer questions about stock or arrival dates.
What this means for visitors
- Applying for the lottery needs a membership account set up in advance, so plan well before your trip if you want to try.
- Sleeves, playmats, storage boxes and other supplies are usually easier to buy, and many are official-shop exclusives.
- For specific cards from a new set, card shops nearby sell singles. See buying single cards.
